Payment

50% of the total fee must be paid upon receipt of invoice (60 Days before course start).

50% of the total fee must be paid upon receipt of invoice (30 days before course start).

Both payments must be fulfilled to secure enrollment

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Send a note to adm@energyandclimateacademy.com indicating that you wish to cancel your enrollment. Cancellations fees are as follows:

60 days or more prior to the program start date: No fee

60 – 40 days prior to the program start date: 25% cancellation fee

40 – 20 days or less prior to the program start date: 50% cancellation fee

Less than 20 days prior to the program start date: 100% Cancellation fee

Deferral Policy

All enrollment deferrals must be requested in writing. Send a note to adm@energyandclimateacademy.com indicating that you wish to have your enrollment deferred to another session within one year. Deferral fees are as follows:

60 days or more prior to the program start date: No fee

59 – 20 days prior to the program start date: 25% fee

19 days – 1 day prior to the program start date: 50% fee

On or after the program start date: 100% fee

For all deferral requests, any balance remaining after the fee will be applied toward your tuition in the new session. If you have paid in full: Your payment will be applied to the tuition in the new session, and you will not be charged any increase in tuition related to the new session. If you have not paid in full: You will be billed for the remaining/outstanding tuition for the new session. Please note that there may be an increase in tuition for the new session.

If you choose to defer your admission to a future program session, you must attend that session or you will forfeit all funds previously paid. Only one deferral per registration is allowed and the new session must occur within one year of the original session date. There is no cancellation or substitution allowed on deferred admissions.

Substitution Policy

If your schedule changes and you can no longer attend the program, you may be able to send a qualified colleague in your place. Only one substitution is allowed per program registration. Therefore, any requests for substitutes must be submitted in writing to adm@energyandclimateacademy.com at least 10 days prior to the start of the program.

Other Important Information

Participants must attend the entire program in order to receive the program certificate of completion. If you will not be able to attend the entire program, we advise you to register for another session.

If a course is cancelled by Energy and Climate Academy your payment for the fee will be fully refunded. Any other costs you may have had in relation to the course will not be reimbursed.
